Zoning Board of Adjustment hearing for 4112 Pechin started on Wednesday, June 3, 2:00 pm. The hearing was not completed. A resumption hearing is scheduled for August 18, 9:30 AM. A third hearing was held on September 15. The ZBA will announce its decision at the September 30 hearing.
